The results are in, and we are pleased to announce that Holly Smith (Spelman College) and Jenny Gotwals (Schlesinger Library) will be serving as co-vice-chairs in 2015-2016 and co-chairing the roundtable in 2016-2017.

The Web Archiving Roundtable conducted an informal poll of our membership to gather feedback on the proposed affinity group changes. We had 41 respondents in the 2 weeks the poll was open, expressing a diversity of opinions.
The results of the poll were forwarded to the SAA Council on September 16th for consideration during their deliberations on this issue.

For those who couldn’t attend the Records Management Roundtable meeting at SAA 2015, I wanted to provide a summary. We had about 60 people turn out for the meeting on August 21, 2015. I started the meeting by describing some of our activities from the past year, such as our revised bylaws, the contributions of the steering committee to The Schedule blog, and changes to the newsletter. We only had one Google Hangout over the last year and we would like to hold more. This is a good opportunity...
