How to Make an Appointment Step by Step

Step 1: Click on the Schedule an Appointment button below. This will take you to the Appointlet appointment form on a separate screen.

Step 2: Once you enter Appointlet, you can choose a specific Career Counselor, then choose a date and time from the list. Note that you can book appointments up to two months in advance. Please also note, there may not be available appointments for all days and times.

Step 3: Please continue filling out the form by providing your information: Email, Name, Type of Session, Preferred Communication Method, Phone Number, and any optional information that will help the Career Counselor prepare for their meeting with you.

Step 4: Preview the completed form and confirm your booking. From the confirmation page, you will be able to add the appointment to your calendar. After you have confirmed your appointment, Appointlet will email you confirmation of your appointment and details on how to join via Zoom and how to add it to your calendar.

Cancelations: If you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, do so via the confirmation email sent to you after confirming your appointment. If you plan to cancel, we ask that participants do so 24 hours in advance of their appointment.
