Help SAA Education Improve the Digital Archives Specialist Certificate

CHICAGO—The Society of American Archivists (SAA) has recently conducted a Job Task Analysis (JTA) to revise the body of knowledge, skills, and abilities required of a qualified Digital Archives Specialist (DAS). A panel of DAS experts worked diligently to update the job content to be as comprehensive, up-to-date, and congruent with what DAS certificate holders across the country do in their job role.
