Mentoring Program
The SAA Mentoring Program's goal is to cultivate career development and communication among members with areas of expertise and members who want to build their knowledge within those areas. Students, educators, working archivists, records managers, and retirees—every SAA member is eligible to participate as a mentor or protégé. 

Career Services Commons
The Career Services Commons is an initiative by the Career Development Subcommittee of the SAA Membership Committee. The Commons is a space for students, early-career archivists, and others to connect with experienced archives professionals. Designed in response to the continued success of the Career Center at the SAA Annual Meeting, the Career Services Commons is a permanent online space for SAA members to access and offer career advising sessions, resume review services, and mock interviews.
