The section is open to any member of SAA who has an interest in reference, access and outreach issues and has explored a variety of diverse topics. Recent areas of interest include the impact of "More Product, Less Process" on reference service, National History Day and the use of archival materials in classrooms, and the effect and use of Web 2.0 technologies on the archival profession.

Hot off the presses! — the RAO Summer Newsletter 2016, with everything you need to know to get you prepared for RAO doings at the SAA Annual Meeting in Atlanta, whether you'll be joining in on the fun onsite or following along at home and on social media.
