E2 Exhibits and Events Resource Bank

Introduction

The E2 (Exhibits and Events) Resource Bank is a hub for relevant examples of exhibition and event-related policies, procedures, contracts, and other germane materials for archivists, special collections librarians, public historians, and other professionals who hold these work responsibilities. The goal of this resource bank is to serve as a source of inspiration and reference for our professional community as we revise existing and create new documentation for the work we do.

Submit Your Documents

This documentation portal is an ongoing project and accepts new submissions on an ongoing basis through the E2 Resource Bank survey. Please note that any documents you submit for consideration may be shared to the Society of American Archivists’ website and will be accessible to members and nonmembers alike. If you would like to submit documentation, but wish for your repository to remain anonymous, please remove the name and any other identifying information from the document in advance of submitting to this survey.

In this survey, you will have the option to:

1. Indicate the types of related documents in use by your institution and/or

2. Upload your existing exhibit and event related documents for consideration by the E2 Resource Bank Committee.
