Conference Registration

The main conference will be held Thursday, July 27, through Saturday, July 29. Sessions accepted by the Program Committee will be presented, along with two plenaries, open forums, vendor mini-theaters, Networking Lounges, and a variety of other networking events. (Some networking events will be scheduled after 4:00 pm ET.)  Attendees receive access to all recorded sessions post conference. 

NOTE: SAA Section meetings, appointed group meetings, and the SAA Research Forum will occur in June and  July prior to the start of the Joint Annual Meeting and have separate (free) registration. See https://www2.archivists.org/am2023/schedule for scheduled dates and times.

SAA Student Member Rate: SAA Full members are not eligible for the SAA Student member rate. 

Cancellations and Refunds: If for any reason you must cancel your registration, your written request must be received before June 9, 2023, to receive a full refund. A $100 handling charge will be assessed for written cancellations postmarked between June 10 and June 30.  No refunds will be issued after June 30.

Guest Option:  This option (designed especially for spouses and children of conference attendees) allows the guest to attend the Plenary Sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Guest registrations must accompany the conference attendee’s registration. When registering a guest, please be sure to include full names on the registration form.
