Outreach Ideas:

Recruitment for blog posts

• Corinne is working on the Coffee Chat Recap (working on it)

• Kristi sent out monthly link roundup - links added to Zotero

• Guest post from Lori Donovan on web archiving syllabus in May (Corinne will reach back out towards the end of the semester.)

• Lizzy interested in writing about IIPC conference (takes place next week)

Recruitment for Coffee Chats

• Kristi and colleagues interested in presenting on AI project, ideally in May or June (no updates) 

  • Hope: Doug Lambert and a spring coffee chat/blog post on oral histories

  • Doug has agreed to April 26th, 12pm EST

  • Corinne will set up Zoom meeting and listserv announcements, include link to Doug’s paper in the Oral History Review (2023) Full article: Oral History Indexing (tandfonline.com)

  • Draft of potential questions for the presenter

Annual Meeting Planning: 

• Corinne, Allison, and Lizzy are meeting with the Public Library Archives & Special Collections section at 4.30p EST today 

• Previous discussion of guest speaking had pivoted to a Joint Annual Meeting plan

• Corinne sent them an outline of our program last year

• Identify and ask someone from Community Webs to speak

• Discuss who to contact in SAA to schedule meeting (meeting takes place sometime in July)
