• Approve January Minutes

• Coffee Chat debrief - 26 attendees. Holiday weekend. Will plan to do advertising in other places besides lit serv - Reddit, Archivists Think tank

• Discussed possibility of an April Coffee Chat, but with annual business meeting needing content, we will plan to skip April coffee chat. 

• Annual Business Meeting will likely in June or early July.Please be thinking about speakers we might recruit to present.  Mott offered the idea of inviting folks whose proposals were not accepted for the SAA Annual meeting. 

• Component Group funding - potential scholarship for public library archivist, need someone to take this on. requests by March 1 for consideration https://www2.archivists.org/governance/leaderresources/funding-resources-for-SAA-groups

• Erinn is currently working on call for proposals from SAA to host section education sessions. Will speak with potential partner sections: Privacy, Description, Web archiving, Reference & Access.
