Present: Catherine Tremblay, Biz Gallo, Joanna Kolosov, Erinn Barnes, Charmaine Bonner, Aimai Reporter, Heather Lowcock 

Approve the May 14, 2024 meeting minutes 

Motion to approve: Joanna moves to approve the minutes. Catherine T. seconds. Approved unanimously. 

1) Introductions - Aimai Reporter (Queens Public Library), Heather Lowcock (Tacoma Public Library)

2) Election update (ballots open June 24-July 15)

3) Joint annual section meeting with Web Archives Section

a. Wednesday, July 17, 11am PDT/12pm MDT/1pm CDT/2pm EDT (90-minute session)

- A role for former PLASC committee members to promote membership at their regional conferences (e.g. Heather Lanctot & Joanna Kolosov)

5)SAA annual meeting (August 14-17, Chicago)

a. Summer Council meeting is August 14, 2024 (hybrid)

- Agenda - council meeting is open to all SAA members

b. Biz Gallo is presenting in person on audio moving image archives on Friday, Aug. 16

c. Joanna will be attending in person and will send out a summary of highlights
