Independent Archivists Social Hour (monthly standing meetings)

The Independent Archivists Section seeks to offer members advice and support on topics ranging from the nuances of business as an independent contractor to curation and access in a non-traditional repository. Unique facets of ethical and preservation activities with a thorough lack of institutional support will also be examined both by and for those working in non-traditional archives. Will will start a topics list at this meeting. Tentative agenda is attached. 

Standing social hour meetings for individual archivists to talk and support one another will be held twice monthly on the 1st and and 3rd Wed. on each month. We hope you will be able to join us for one of these two offerings. 

The first Wed. of the month, the social hour meeting will take place at at 9am PST, 10am MNT, and 12pm EST

The second Wed. of the month, the social hour meeting will take place at 12:30pm PST, 1:30 pm MNT, and 4:30 pm EST.
