Welcome to the Archives Horizons Toolkit (AHT). This site is intended to be a community-created and curated resource for archival practitioners. As our profession evolves, so do the materials we steward for education and research. These topics reflect the outcome of many discussions held online by the College & University Archives Section coffee chats held regularly during the first years of the pandemic. The Section hopes this toolkit will be a helpful resource for all archivists seeking answers - and community - to some of today’s archival challenges. We encourage all SAA members and archival practitioners to contribute to the AHT and welcome suggestions for future AHT topics.
We welcome resource ideas and comments from everyone in the archives field! Please use the link above to submit your content for the pages below. Note that direct editing is not available and contributors must use the form to make submissions and suggestions.
