Secretary

The Secretary shall record the proceedings of the annual meeting, prepare the Section Annual Report, prepare minutes of Steering Committee meetings, and perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Chair. In the absence of a duly elected Secretary, the Chair shall appoint a replacement.
