SAA does not authorize any third party organizations to make attendee reservations or to contact you. If anyone calls or emails you to say that they have been hired by SAA to book your hotel reservation, do not provide them with any personal information. The Hyatt Regency New Orleans (601 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70113) will serve as the ARCHIVES * RECORDS 2026 headquarters hotel.
Room Rate (includes complimentary wireless Internet access in guest rooms and throughout the meeting space): The conference organizers have negotiated the special discounted conference rate listed below. The rate is available until July 5 OR until our room block has been met, whichever comes first. After this date - or the date on which the room block has been met - we can no longer guarantee rate and availability. We advise you to make your room reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and the discounted rate.
Rate does not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.45%, 1.75% Tourism Assesment, $3 occupency fee) or applicable service, or hotel specifc fees in effect at the hotel at the time of the meeting.
Resort/Destination Fee
The resort or destination fee for guest rooms is, currently, $25 (per room per day plus applicable tax). Any additional mandatory fees applied to guest rooms will be detailed at the time of booking. For details on Destination Fee inclusions, please visit the hotel's website.
A valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card number and expiration date are acceptable. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You will not be charged until check out. Should a guest cancel a reservation, one night plus tax shall be charged if you cancel within three days of the scheduled arrival date or fail to check-in.
