Hotel Reservations

The Hyatt Regency New Orleans (601 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70113) will serve as the ARCHIVES * RECORDS 2026 headquarters hotel.

Room Rate (include complimentary wireless Internet access in guest rooms and throughout the meeting space): The conference organizers have negotiated the special discounted conference rate listed below. The rate is available until July 5, OR until our room block has been met, whichever comes first. After this date—or the date on which the room block has been met—we can no longer guarantee rate and availability. We advise you to make your room reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and the discounted rate.

• Triple: $229
• Quad: $254

Rate does not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.45%, 1.75% Turism Assesment, $3 occupency fee) or applicable service, or hotel specifc fees in effect at the hotel at the time of the meeting.

Resort/Desitnation Fee
The resort or destination fee for guest rooms is, currently, $25 (per room per day plus applicatble tax). Any additional mandatory fees applied to guest rooms will be detailed at the time of booking. For details on Destination Fee inclusions, please visit Hotel website. 

A valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card number and expiration date are acceptable. A one (1) night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. One night plus tax shall be charged if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure to check-in.
