July – August 2025

Pre-conference Activities

SAA will host a variety of events and governance activities virtually July - August, prior to the Annual Meeting, including the SAA Research Forum, SAA Section meetings, and appointed group (i.e., committee, board, and task force) meetings. (Free to attend. RSVP required for Zoom security), and Accessioning and Ingest of Digital Records #2601 (limited enrollment. sepereate registation fee.)

August 24-27 2025

Sunday, August 24

User group meetings and repository tours will be held, along with a selection of other events.

Monday, August 25 – Wednesday, August 27

Three days of programmingaccess to the main conference from Monday, August 25, through Wednesday, August 27, at the Hilton Anaheim and on the virtual conferenceplatform that includes (with Registration fee):

  • Two plenaries (hybrid),
  • Forty sessions accepted by the Program Committee, open forums, vendor mini-theaters, “Networking Lounges,” and a variety of other networking events. 
  • Exclusive access to the Exhibit Hall, a must-visit destination during the SAA Annual Meeting, offering valuable opportunities to connect, learn, and explore resources designed for archives and records professionals.
  • Professional and Graduate Student posters will be displayed in the conference hotel and on on the conference platform.

After August 27

Recordings: Additionally, in the days and weeks following the conference, all plenary and program session recordings will be available for on-demand viewing for all conference registrants.
