Program

The Society of American Archivists (SAA) hosted its first hybrid Annual Meeting in 2022. The 2025 Annual Meeting will be hybrid once again, connecting people in Anaheim, CA, and online. 

A mixture of events—both in-person and virtual—spread across three days. All recorded education sessions will be made available to both in-person AND virtual attendees after the conference ends.

• In-Person Only sessions will be held at the Hilton Anaheim. Speakers will be present in Anaheim.
• Virtual Only sessions will be held on the virtual conference platform. Presenters and attendees will access the session(s) on the virtual conference platform.
• Hybrid sessions will be held in person at the Hilton Anaheim and simultaneously cast to virtual attendees on the virtual conference platform. Speakers will be present in Anaheim and online.

Please Note! The 2025 Annual Meeting will take place on different days of the week than in previous years. Education sessions will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (August 25–27) rather than from Thursday to Saturday. Other aspects of the schedule may change as well. Look for a preliminary schedule of events in March 2025.
