IMPORTANT HOUSING SCAM ALERT & DISCLAIMER
Please be advised that some exhibitors and attendees have been contacted by unauthorized third party housing poacher. This is a scam and not associated with SAA in any way. SAA does not authorize any third party organizations to make attendee reservations or to contact you. If anyone calls or emails you to say that they have been hired by SAA to book your hotel reservation, do not provide them with any personal information. Please report any such interactions to conference@archivists.org.

The Hilton Anaheim (777 West Convention Way, Anaheim, CA 92802) will serve as the ARCHIVES * RECORDS 2025 headquarters hotel.

Room Rate (include complimentary wireless Internet access in guest rooms and throughout the meeting space): The conference organizers have negotiated the special discounted conference rate listed below. The rate is available until July 17, OR until our room block has been met, whichever comes first. After this date—or the date on which the room block has been met—we can no longer guarantee rate and availability. We advise you to make your room reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and the discounted rate.

  • Single/Double: $169

Rate does not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 17% + $1.75/night) in effect at the time of check-out.

You may make your reservation by phone at: 877-776-4932. The group code is "SAA." A valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card number and expiration date are acceptable. A one (1) night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. One night plus tax shall be charged if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure to check-in.
