SAA is committed to providing important learning and networking opportunities for the archives profession throughout these especially challenging times, and we’re excited to experiment with new ways to connect with you. Your registration fees offset our actual virtual meeting costs and help to support our year-round activities, including advocacy, periodicals, free and low-cost online courses, and program development. 

Get your on-demand access—for a full year—to all education sessions, poster presentations, plenaries, mini-theaters, workshops, and more! All recorded sessions will be available to registrants on demand via the Pathable platform for one year and then will be moved to (and remain accessible on) SAA’s online education portal.
AND on the networking front: Once registered, you can connect with colleagues, speakers, and sponsors by sending direct messages to them via the conference platform (Pathable). Just click on the “Community,” “Agenda,” or “Sponsors” tabs and then on the individual’s name to send a direct message.

Thanks to the generosity of lead sponsors Preservica and Lucidea as well as our many loyal industry partners who have chosen to sponsor the conference, we are pleased to offer reduced fees to all attendees and deeply discounted fees to those who are unable to afford the full registration at this time—including students as well as those who are unemployed or precariously employed due to COVID-19.

*The SAA Foundation is pleased to offer its Annual Meeting Award to provide free registration to up to 122 archivists in need of financial support to attend ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2021. Only current SAA members are eligible for this award, based on financial need.

Cancellations and Refunds: If for any reason you must cancel your registration, your written request must be received by July 1, 2021, to receive a refund minus a $50 handling charge.  No refunds will be issued after July 1.
