SNAP round table meeting at the SAA annual conference in Cleveland, 2015.

Included announcing new officers, lightning talks from SNAP members, updates from the councial liaison Lisa Mangiafico, and an address from SAA President Kathleen Roe.

The updates from the council liaison included a proposed dues increase and a proposed change in the SAA section and roundtable group structure.
