Register for SAS "Solo Sessions" virtual meetup on August 2!

As solo or small shop archivists, we wear so many hats and it's hard to keep them all straight. Your Solo Archivists Section leaders know all about it so we are hosting a series of informal chats on Zoom that will give us the chance to be alone, together. We host these Solo Sessions on one Friday every other month. These unrecorded meetups are aimed at broad topics announced in advance and moderated by steering committee officers. We encourage SAS members to use this as a welcoming space to seek and give support to one another.

The first one was full of good conversation and we hope the next one will be too. It will be on Friday August 2 at 11am PT / 2pm ET for an hour. As fall approaches and a new school year starts, let's talk about interns and volunteers and exchange ideas. Do you manage volunteers, student workers, interns or want to hear more from people who do? Can you share an experience that was successful for both people?
