  • October 15, 2011 appointments begin
  • November 14 input to Brian Doyle for SAA membership survey questions
  • December 2011 FE/KM and subcommittee chairs – conference calls. 
  • Jan 10 – ask each subcommittee chair what their group will be researching, what questions they will be asking, who they need to talk to
  • January 2010 membership survey launches
  • February 3-4 full-TF meet (including subgroup chairs) – confirm research direction for subcommittees.
  • March / April 2012:  Subgroups continue to work on factfinding and provide input for interim report for May Council meeting.
  •  Begin AMTF blog (news updates on the SAA AMTF  microsite) 
  • March 15:  article deadline for Archival Outlook
  • March 2012 SAA membership survey results available 
  • April 30 deadline for TF subgroup updates to FLE and KM (for May 7 materials deadline for Council’s May meeting)
  • May 2012 Council meeting:  FE and KM prepare report on direction and findings of TF/subgroups
  • August 2012 - Annual Meeting, San Diego
    • August 2012 KM/FE meet with Council
    • Full task force meeting Wednesday, August 8, 11:30-1:00.
    • AMTF open forum, Thursday, August 9, noon – 1:15 pm.
  • Spring Council meeting 2013 present final report
  • October 15, 2013  TF concluded
