- October 15, 2011 appointments begin
- November 14 input to Brian Doyle for SAA membership survey questions
- December 2011 FE/KM and subcommittee chairs – conference calls.
- Jan 10 – ask each subcommittee chair what their group will be researching, what questions they will be asking, who they need to talk to
- January 2010 membership survey launches
- February 3-4 full-TF meet (including subgroup chairs) – confirm research direction for subcommittees.
- March / April 2012: Subgroups continue to work on factfinding and provide input for interim report for May Council meeting.
- Begin AMTF blog (news updates on the SAA AMTF microsite)
- March 15: article deadline for Archival Outlook
- March 2012 SAA membership survey results available
- April 30 deadline for TF subgroup updates to FLE and KM (for May 7 materials deadline for Council’s May meeting)
- May 2012 Council meeting: FE and KM prepare report on direction and findings of TF/subgroups
- August 2012 - Annual Meeting, San Diego
