Martin Gengenbach is an Assistant Archivist at the Gates Archive, where he oversees processing and preservation activities for physical and born-digital materials. The Gates Archive is the trusted custodian of the personal and philanthropic collections of the Gates family, including the records of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
He received a Master of Science in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pacific Lutheran University.
