In this workshop, managers from several institutions will discuss how remote work, developed as an emergency response during the pandemic, has become a new reality of archival work that affects priorities, productivity, and relationships. Topics addressed will include the benefits and challenges posed by remote work at their archives, the impact on relationships between leadership and employees, and how the trend of remote work is advancing into the future of archives.
