TS-EAS updates: schema design principles, submitting feature requests/reporting bugs, and SAA 2020 meeting notes

SAA's Technical Subcommittee for Encoded Archival Standards (TS-EAS) is pleased to highlight the following new resources in our GitHub repository, following on the SAA 2020 annual conference:

  • We've updated our procedural handbook, to include a set of design principles that we began to formulate in early 2020 -- and codified at the conference. The design principles reflect recent decisions and will guide future discussions for the development of EAD, EAC-CPF, and any other schemas that might be added to the EAS family in the future.
  • The handbook also includes a new section summarizing how to submit a feature request or report a bug pertaining to EAD or EAC-CPF, and also features a brief video tutorial now on SAA's YouTube channel.

Last, our meeting notes from the conference are available in our GitHub repository:

Stay tuned for more announcements coming your way in the near future.

Hi everyone, I was looking through some older BNB Chain projects and ended up reading about BNB Bank again. I checked the project here https://www.bankbnb.net/ and noticed that the main concept is still centered around rewarding holders with USDT from transaction fees. According to the project description, part of every transaction is redistributed back to token holders, which sounds attractive on paper. What I'm wondering is whether anyone has actually followed this project for a long period of time. Does this kind of reward model still attract users today, or has interest shifted toward projects with more utility beyond holder rewards? I'm curious because a lot of similar tokens were very popular a few years ago, but I rarely hear about them now.

Interessant spel

It’s great to see how much

It’s great to see how much thought goes into updating archival standards like EAD and EAC-CPF. The design principles and new handbook sound super helpful, especially for people actively working with structured metadata. I was deep into documentation work recently and needed something to unwind. That’s when I found lucky star, which offers bonuses specifically for players from India — a fun way to take the edge off after technical reading.
