Live Streamed Sessions at ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2025

SAA is happy to announce an exciting update to the ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2025 program. This year, all in-person only sessions and forums will be live streamed! All our sessions will be available for all our attendees at the conference—whether in-person or online—as well as through recordings after the conference on our conference app. You can view the online schedule to see which sessions are being live streamed and recorded here. Please note that a few sessions have opted out of being recorded or live-streamed.

If you haven’t yet registered for ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2025, now is a great time to do so. Advance registration rates are available until July 25. Plus, don’t forget to book your hotel room by July 17 to get our discounted rate—only $169/night!

FAQs

1. How will I view the in-person sessions as a virtual attendee?
   Links to the live stream of the session will be available through our conference app, Whova. Simply go to the session you want to view and click the link to join.
2. What will I be able to see/hear when I watch a live-stream?
   The live stream will show the presentation slides from the session and stream the audio from presenters.
3. Will I be able to ask questions during in-person sessions as a virtual attendee?
   Unfortunately, Q&A will be limited to in-room attendees at this time. However, we encourage all attendees to submit questions to presenters via Whova for follow-up. And during HYBRID sessions, both in-person and virtual attendees will be able to ask questions.
4. Will there be captions?
   Yes! Captions will be displayed via Zoom for all attendees.
