The SAA Council Executive Committee, at the suggestion of the Intellectual Property Working Group, signed on to an amicus brief, filed on March 23 by the Internet Archive, on the case Fox News Network, LLC v. TVEyes Inc. The case is currently before the Second Circuit Court, an influential court for copyright.
