SAA's 2012 Member Needs & Satisfaction Survey closed on Monday, February 6. The first research project of its kind since 1998, this questionnaire offered the Society's members an important opportunity to provide feedback on the full range of SAA programs and services.
More than 2,100 members completed the survey, yielding a response rate of 35%. Considering the length and breadth of the questionnaire, this is a phenomenal success! We thank all of our members who took the time to share their input. We are very eager to complete our analysis, which should be available in a few weeks' time.
