Chair reached out to Council Liaison, Bryan, who will be cycling off in September. Asked about updating the official roster to include Ex-Officio members as well as the roles folks have taken on (Co-Editor for blog, Programming Chair, etc), as well as if we are required to put meeting minutes on the official microsite. Bryan let me know that the folks within SAA Governance can make and confirm these updates.
Kay and Maya will talk about what this workflow will look like.
I also inquired about who will be our next Council Liaison. Bryan let me know that they’re figuring that out soon.
Leadership Forum at end of September where resources are distributed
Team will meet with Chair on September 12th to talk about ideas for a first call for contributions – theme ideas, what feels good in terms of timeline for accepting submissions, editing, and posting

Reminder: If anyone needs help with anything, don’t hesitate to ask! No one should feel overwhelmed. It’s okay to say no to things. Don’t say yes to something unless you really want to do it / have the time and energy.
