Archival Elements: Call for submissions

Dear all,

Now that the first heady rush of 2013 is behind us, it's time to start thinking about sharing the triumphs and adventures of 2012. I invite you to submit contributions to the 2013 issue of Archival Elements, the newsletter of the Science, Technology, and Health Care Roundtable. I'm looking for articles on a wide variety of topics related to archival management of science-related collections. Have you accessioned or processed a new collection? Finished a nifty project or developed a class? How about sharing something you've learned in the course of starting a new program of service? Read something you want others to know about? Well, let us all know!

I'm collecting full-length articles (4-6 double-spaced pages) as well as shorter contributions (up to 2 double-spaced pages) and announcements to be included in the “Around and About Archives” and “Conferences, Meetings, and Workshops” sections. Please send along any information you would like to appear in this year’s issue.

The deadline for submission is May 31st, 2013. Please let me know no later than April 1st if you are planning to submit a full-length paper, and no later than May 1st if you would like to submit a brief contribution.

Don't be shy; new voices are always welcome!

The last twelve issues of Archival Elements (2000 through 2012) are available at:
