Friends of the Missouri State Archives

The Missouri Historical Records Grant Program (MHRGP) is a collaborative effort between the Missouri Historical Records Advisory Board (MHRAB) and the National Historical Publications and Records Commission. Grant funding is available to all of Missouri’s public and private records repositories that care for documents of significant historical value.  This includes historical, ethnic, and religious societies; museums; libraries; colleges and universities; and local government entities. MHRGP awards may be used for approved records management and preservation projects, such as conservation services, consulting, indexing and description of collections, and the purchase of archival supplies and equipment.
