CAPP Request for GRS Comments

The Committee on Advocacy and Public Policy (CAPP) has drafted two documents to address issues on SAA's Public Policy Agenda and is seeking GRS member comments before forwarding them to Council for consideration.

The first draft statement concerns issues of privacy and access to records, while the second looks at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and some general concerns related to Federal records management.  These two documents are attached below.

Comments on either of these can be posted to the GRS listserv or sent directly to the GRS Chair or other members of the Steering Committee.  Comments will be anonymized and aggregated before being passed on to CAPP.
