DAY ONE

8:00 – 8:30: Breakfast

8:30 – 9:00: Overview of what we want to accomplish and a short summary from each course shepherd.   

9:00 – Sandy (psychometrician) joins us

9:15 – Noon: Item Writing Training

Noon – 1:00: Lunch

1:00 – 4:30: Weighting of Exam Percentages

4:45 – 6:00: Discuss timeline for item writing, who does what, whom can we recruit to assist, and agreement of mid-winter meeting date for Standards setting

DAY TWO

8:00 – 8:30: Breakfast

8.30 – 10:30: Item Writing

10:45 – Noon: Challenge Exams (do we need separate exams for testing out and how can that be facilitated?)

Noon – 1:00: Lunch

1:15 – 2:30: Re-visit the “electronic records” discussion, DAS Competencies Chart, and do we need to add to the competencies or clarify.
