Join the Collection Management Section for a spring webinar panel on April 28, 2025 from 3:00-4:30 pm Eastern. This panel will feature presentations on setting strategic priorities and decision-making for collection management with a focus on tools and workflows.  

Steven Gentry of the University of Michigan, will present a weighted scoring model that informs processing prioritization.  He will talk about the project’s inception, an overview of the model, its various tools and features, its strengths and weaknesses, and impacts on processing in its first year of use.

Rory Grennan of Florida State University, will discuss how they applied the University of California processing levels approach through the creative deployment of the ArchivesSpace Assessment module.  

Andrew Harman of UC Santa Barbara,will discuss their use of the project management tool Jira to track tasks throughout the processing lifecycle.  

Additionally, the TS-EAS committee will be joining to talk about the latest EAD updates.
