Archival Repatriation Committee Case Study Survey

Dear colleagues,

We are writing on behalf of the Society of American Archivists’ Archival Repatriation Committee. As part of our work, we are assembling examples of archival repatriation from community members and archivists. Both successful and unsuccessful examples are very welcome and useful to the field. We hope that compiling these examples will provide guidance for new policy and compelling examples for institutional leadership and lawmakers who might continue this work with other communities.

The following survey contains six open-ended questions. Please respond as best as you can. We will anonymize your responses, unless you give us permission to identify you or your institution. Your examples will remain confidential unless you wish to be named.
