Archival History News releases Spring 2018 issue!

Archival History News, the official newsletter of SAA's Archival History Section, has released its Spring 2018 issue! This is the third issue since the newsletter was revived in October 2017, and it's going strong with lots of archival history content.

Featuring excellent writing and the most up-to-date information, Archival History News communicates the value of archival history to a broad public, through the publication of ongoing research, biographical notes, book reviews, and announcements.

In this issue, read about "What's New in Ancient Archives" or "Repatriating the American Archive in the Antebellum U.S." Consider "the intersection of Plath studies and archival studies" with a review of These Ghostly Archives. Don't miss the chance to see what's new with the 15th anniversary of iCHORA or take a moment to peruse the Archival History Timeline.

Consider submitting an article to the Archival History News! The newsletter’s scope is flexible and first-time submitters are always welcome.
