SAA does not authorize any third party organizations to make attendee reservations or to contact you. The Hilton Chicago (720 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605) will serve as the ARCHIVES * RECORDS 2024 headquarters hotel.

Room Rates (include complimentary wireless Internet access in guest rooms and throughout the meeting space): The conference organizers have negotiated the special discounted conference rates listed below. These rates are available until July 12, OR until our room block has been met, whichever comes first. After this date—or the date on which the room block has been met—we can no longer guarantee rates and availability. We advise you to make your room reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and the discounted rate

Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 17.4%) in effect at the time of check-out.

You may make your reservation by phone at: (877) 865-5320. The group code is "SAA Annual Meeting." A valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner’s Club Card, or JCB card number and expiration date are acceptable. A one (1) night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. One night plus tax shall be charged if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure to check-in.
