Sheraton Boston Hotel (39 Dalton St, Boston, MA 02199) will serve as the ARCHIVES * RECORDS 2022 headquarters hotel.

Room Rates (include complimentary wireless Internet access in guest rooms and throughout the meeting space):The conference organizers have negotiated the special discounted conference rates listed below. These rates are available until July 29, OR until our room block has been met, whichever comes first.  After this date—or the date on which the room block has been met—we can no longer guarantee rates and availability. We advise you to make your room reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and the discounted rate.

Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.45%) in effect at the time of check-out.

Note: The conference guest room block at the Sheraton Boston is currently sold out on Saturday, August 27. However, the hotel does have availability on this night at prevailing rates. If you need to book your room through Saturday, you can book your guest room at the conference rate of $199 through Friday, August 26 through SAA's housing site and make a second reservation for Saturday, August 27 at prevailing rates through the Sheraton's main website. Reservations can be connected by calling the Sheraton reservations team (888-236-2427) or at the front desk upon arrival.

Personal check, money order, or a valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club Card, or Carte Blanche card number and expiration date are acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. One night plus tax shall be charged if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure to check-in.
