SAA Opposes Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement Provisions

Read SAA’s new issue brief on “Archivists and the Trans-Pacific Trade Agreement,” which concludes that, “…the TPP trade agreement contains a number of provisions that seriously upset the balance that is fundamental to effective copyright law and thereby threatens the archival mission in the U.S. and in other Pacific Rim countries.”
