Revised Issue Brief on the Freedom of Information Act

The SAA Council, at its November 2016 meeting, adopted revisions to the Issue Brief on the Freedom of Information Act. The SAA Committee on Public Policy proposed these revisions in response to the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, signed into law by President Obama in June 2016. See the revised issue brief here.
