Call for Zines at ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2025

Are you an archivist who makes zines? Does your repository or library have a zine they put out? Then join us this year at the Zine Table at the Annual Meeting! 

SAA wants to help you share your zines and connect with others in this vibrant community. We will have a Zine Table at this year’s Annual Meeting featuring the many amazing, artistic, informative zines being made in the archives profession.

To have your zine included: 

1. Ensure your zine adheres to the SAA Code of Conduct (https://www2.archivists.org/statements/saa-code-of-conduct). 
2. Fill out the Zine Submission Form. 

3. Bring 10 to 15 copies of your zine to the Annual Meeting and drop them off at the registration desk. You must print your zines beforehand—SAA will not be able to print them for you.

Please note—this is NOT a sales opportunity. Zines will be freely available to attendees. Any zines left at the table at the end of the meeting will be recycled.

Requests must be submitted by August 1. Submissions received after that date will not be included.
