Prices Are Increasing on SAA Education Courses on July 1

On July 1, prices for SAA's course offerings will increase by 10%. This increase, which was included in the Fiscal Year 2023 budget approved by the Council, will cover a number of improvements, including:

  • Increasing honoraria for course instructors;
  • Reinvesting in program development as we grow our virtual course offerings;
  • Supporting the technology needs of hybrid courses;
  • Continuing development of DEIA and Management track classes, since the grant funding for these has ended; and
  • Providing the best possible learning experience.

This is SAA Education's first price increase in five years. As the United States experiences inflation across professions and industries, SAA is working to provide the best possible learning experience for members and continuing our commitment to expanding accessibility. This price increase will help SAA transition into offering a broader range of in-person and virtual class offerings and opportunities.

It should be noted that DEIA classes will not be changing in prices. Additionally, the DAS practice exam will remain free.
