The International Council on Archives seeks comments on its “Principles for Access to Archives, “a draft set of principles…that are intended to be applicable across linguistic and cultural divides, and in different political regimes.” The principles will be considered by ICA’s voting members at the Annual General Meeting in Brisbane, Australia, in August 2012.
