Governance / Council Updates
Programming
  • Job Market Materials program de-brief

    • 38 participants out of 126 registrants

    • Send recording and materials to registrants (Vimeo or Youtube)

    • Next time, send email reminder an hour before the webinar (an email was sent the day before)

    • “This counts as professional development” for future programming to occur during the week 

  • Kay will post Annual Meeting recording on Youtube 

  • Certificate Programs webinar: date confirmed with SAA - January 22nd @ 2pm CST

    • Variety of speakers who have experience in the program

    • Content still in progress with panelists

  • Collaboration with GAES for another drop-in program in progress - Kay will attend their meeting on the 19th at 1:30pm EST. Open invitation to Erin, Katie, Emma, and Jason - anyone in this group able to make it?

Blog / Web Team
  • Send your headshot and bio to Katelyn ASAP - we still need information from Maya, Jason, Emma, and Katie.

  • Former steering committee member Katie is featured on the blog - thanks Katelyn for making that happen.

  • November 3rd (day of meeting) is the last day for submissions for our student experiences series.

    • Received several additional submissions

  • America 250 Task Force contact-finding in progress.

  • Scheduling time to ensure full B/WT has access to SNAP email.

Action items
  • Send headshot and profiles to Katelyn to put on microsite if you haven’t already

  • Fill out when2meet poll for the December meeting
