The Archival History Section features a timely panel entitled, "A Century Ago: How the Russian Revolution, and the Rise and Fall of the Soviet Union, Shaped Archives in Russia and Ukraine." Dr. Kelly A. Kolar (Middle Tennessee State University) and Dr. Volodymyr Chumachenko (Kansas State University) will present papers, and Dr. Leah Goldman (Reed College) will moderate. The section will also discuss the creation of Archival History News, a new digital newsletter to promote the writing and research of archival history.
