Michael Miller

Michael L. Miller is Director of the Records Management Consulting Practice for Civil Mission Solutions, Lockheed Martin Corporation. In that role, Mike assists organizations solve problems that arise as they transition from paper to electronic recordkeeping.

Prior to his tenure at Lockheed Martin, Mike was employed as:

• Director, Modern Records Program, National Archives and Records Administration, overseeing multiple aspects of federal records management and providing records management related services to federal agencies.
• Chief, Records Automation Section at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, directing document scanning operations and certifying the recordkeeping capabilities of FBI systems.
• Agency Records Officer for Environmental Protection Agency, advancing that program into one of the premier records management programs in the federal government.
• Archivist at NARA working in projects, reference, electronic records, and appraisal.
