For your security, SAA does not accept credit card information by mail or fax. To pay online with a credit card, please return to the workshop/course description page. Prepayment is required. All payments must be made in U.S. funds via either check or credit card. Enrollment is limited. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment requirements are not met 21 days prior to the event. Registrations and payments postmarked or received via fax after the early registration deadline will be charged at the regular fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the program start date. Cancelled registrations are subject to a $35 administrative fee.
