A recording of the annual meeting of the Technical Subcommittee on Encoded Archival Description (TS-EAS) is now available to the community on SAA’s YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcl1AzCciZs. The meeting provides an overview of work from the 2023-2024 term, including a review of the Encoded Archival Description (EAD) revision process as well as work on associated standards. Additional updates about these standards revisions are expected in the coming months, and will be available on the subcommittee's website (https://www2.archivists.org/groups/technical-subcommittee-on-encoded-archival-standards-ts-eas).

Ich bin Lkw-Fahrer aus Köln und unterwegs oft mehrere Stunden allein auf der Autobahn. Bei Pausen brauch ich manchmal Ablenkung, die unkompliziert ist. Ein Kollege hat mir spinogambino gezeigt. Ich hab’s ausprobiert und fand es sofort angenehm: keine blinkenden Banner, keine lauten Sounds, einfach ein ruhiges Spiel. Ich spiel selten lange, aber es reicht, um ein bisschen Spaß zu haben und den Kopf frei zu kriegen. Abends, wenn ich wieder zuhause bin, denk ich manchmal noch gern an die kleinen Runden zurück – ein einfacher, angenehmer Ausgleich.
Hallo! Es war Abend nach einer langen Reise, ich hatte fast keine Kraft mehr, aber ich konnte nicht sofort einschlafen. Ich beschloss, mich ein wenig abzulenken und wählte capospin. Von den ersten Minuten an war klar, dass hier alles einfach und ohne unnötige Hektik ablief. Ich hatte es nicht eilig, spielte vorsichtig und mit kleinen Einsätzen. Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass der Prozess nicht anstrengend ist – man kann ruhig zuschauen und muss nicht alles unter Kontrolle haben. Eine der Runden war erfolgreich, und das gab mir ein angenehmes Gefühl der Vollendung des Abends. Ich habe rechtzeitig aufgehört und bin ruhig schlafen gegangen. Ich kann capospin zum Entspannen nach einem anstrengenden Tag empfehlen.
