I'd like to suggest adding the Institutional Assets and Monuments of Venezuela (IAM Venezuela) as a resource. https://iamvenezuela.com/
They are a group working to preserve cultural heritage and supply alerts about archives and other institutions that are in danger of destruction through neglect, civil conflict, vandalism ect. My non-profit group the Arc/k Project is currently working with them to provide emergency digital preservation instructions for archives and museums.
