A genealogy can be used as an index into a digital library. We will explore the creation of core geneaologies that linke the ancestry of persons of European descent, and use the core geneology as an index into Palmers "History of the Modern World". Students will able to link their own ancestry into the core ancestry. Access to a 236,000 person reseach geneology will be provided.
