Continuing Education Proposal Form

The Committee on Education of the Society of American Archivists invites submission of proposals for half-day, one-day, two-day courses,workshops, and 30 to 90-minute Web seminars throughout the year. Proposals that are accepted may be offered at various locations around the country, including as pre-conference offerings at the 2013 Annual Meeting.

Proposals should build on or enhance SAA’s current continuing education curriculum. Existing programs are listed in the SAA catalog at http://archivists.org/prof-education/course_catalog.asp.  The Committee on Education won't consider incomplete proposals.

If you have questions, contact education@archivists.org. Proposals submitted by October 5, 2012, will be reviewed specifically for New Orleans 2013 Pre-Conference Programs.

Insert description of the course used in promotional materials. Include a summary of what will be covered and what registrants will take away from it. Include any relevant standards in the course/workshop.
